Nippy Air is fabulous! Any time we've called they've answered the phone and when it's something they have to check into and get back to us, they do. Our AC went out on a Saturday night and they were here first thing Monday to get it fixed. I've only spoken to Evelyn and Tim when I've called; very nice and their technicians courteous an professional. Thank you for all being true professionals!

Just had an A/C system maintenance done on our system to make sure there was no damage from Hurricane Ian. Cody was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He also had suggestions on the most cost effective way to maintain our system. Also, Evelyn in the office is so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. My husband and I have been in FL for 8 years and have utilized about 4-5 different A/C companies but Comfort Solutions is by far the best one yet; we highly recommend them if you're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, fair priced and customer oriented company.

The Comfort Solutions team was amazing! Our outside AC unit was damaged beyond repair during Ian and they were able to promptly source a new unit and install it way faster than I could've ever imagined. Comfort Solutions does top notch workmanship and are trustworthy. The techs are courteous and obviously highly trained. My last ac unit lasted 18 years! When it came time for a new ac unit to be installed the process was perfect. It took one day from the time the old unit died to the time the new unit was up and running. Now, one year later, Cody just completed the 1 free cleaning that came with the installation. Everything is perfect. Highly recommend

Cody was great. He told that our older system was still in good shape but there was a part that should be replaced soon. Since the part was not that expensive I told him to install it now. He did very quickly and as always he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use any other A/C company to service our unit.
